Every Potomac Hydration system purifies water through the same five-stage process. Pure. Clean. Tastes the best.
Traps dirt, silt, sand and pipe residue.
Granular activated carbon removes chlorine, chemicals, bad tastes and organic compounds.
The RO membrane reduces lead, arsenic, PFAS, cysts and dissolved solids.
Adds a balanced spectrum of natural minerals and trace elements and raises the pH for alkaline water.
A post-carbon (TCR) filter polishes the water one last time for a crisp, clean taste and sparkling texture.
Some models combine stages into fewer cartridges for efficiency, but every unit follows the same five-stage process. We change filters on a set schedule each year and replace the full filter set in year three, so water quality holds steady as long as the cooler is in service.

We do. Scheduled filter changes and tank sanitizing are built into your monthly rate. If you need an extra filter change outside the normal schedule, we'll quote it up front.
